’89 domande a Allie X – Musician

How old are you? 40 years old.

What’s your job? Artiste supreme.

What did you study? Classical music and theatre… boring.

What do you think about cloning? Would you get cloned if you had the chance? I need more information…

If you were a character of a movie which one would you be? A pretty girl. I’ve always wondered what it was like.

Since it is one of the few elements that cannot be contaminated by artificial intelligence, do you think the real life of the artist will return to the center of the stage, becoming itself the true work of art? Probably not… Because real life is still seen through the digital lens of social media and that is not really real.

Do you think, for example, that killing an ant is the same thing as killing a dolphin? In other words, do you think that the lives of living beings are all on the same level, or do you evaluate them on the basis of their functionality in relation to human beings? I eat meat, so I would say I see animals in their functionality to human beings.

In your opinion, is it right that states exist? Or would you prefer a world and humanity united under one “flag”? I think world politics are very hard to understand and that humans are very complex. The more room for these complexities the better. The more opportunities for the girls, gays, and theys, the better also.

Is it right in your opinion to place limits on immigration, or should everyone be able to go anywhere? Limitations are necessary most of the time.

What’s your best gig in your opinion that we can find on Youtube? Ummm idk. For quality footage maybe when I opened for Marina in 2019? Haha. Or maybe my Kelly Clarkson Show performance. There’s a lot of shoddy footage. My best youtube videos aren’t live.

What is your top five of your songs? 1.“Bitch” – 2.“Off With Her Tits” – 3. “Fresh Laundry” – 4. “Happiness Is Going to Get You” – 5.“Learn To Cry”. Idkkk I need more time to digest my new album.

What is your song that you are most attached to? Why? I’m not sure, maybe “Fresh Laundry”. Cause it puts into song something that can’t be explained with words that feels personal.

The best song you wrote? “Bitch” I think.

The most appreciated one? “Bitch”? I have a song called “Downtown” that I don’t love, which is apparently well known in Asia. aha.

The craziest thing you’ve seen at one of your concert? Nothing that crazy that I can think of. A lot of good looks.

Can you tell us something about you that nobody knows or very few people know? Ya, I’m extremely direct and rub people the wrong way sometimes.

Your favorite style icons? Siouxsie Sioux.

What’s your best talent? Curation and imagination.

If you could choose a person you know to read this interview, who would it be? My Uncle Ron.
